Our lovely, hyper, never slows down Lab Ellie came home from her first day of daycare and is exhausted. Have you ever heard of a Lab falling asleep while eating? We all know a tired puppy is a good puppy and she's been an angel. Your place is exceptionally clean, your staff are all pleasant, cheerful and helpful. You've got a new customer for life. Thank you so much Sue. 27 February 2016 · Gwen Marie G. Ellie - Lab, Mississauga |
Sue Quinn has the most amazing dog facility in the GTA. She offers training classes, dog grooming, boarding and daycare. I took my dog Joy to agility classes and we both had a blast. The trainers were so effective that Joy had learned the basics within 30 minutes and excelled in the class. I highly recommend you take your dog(s) to Kamp K-9 run by Sue Quinn and her amazing staff. Sue and everyone are amazing! We took Levi to KAmp for play dates to help burn off his puppy energy. He came home happy and exhausted! He goes for weekends every few weeks to give us a break and we know he is happy and well cared for. Kamp K9 is not really close to where we live but it's worth the trip! Thanks Sue! I don't know what you and your furry assistants, Kahlua & Bailey, did during our in-house training and assessment yesterday with Luca & Angel! They have not been the same since:) They walk around the house together, without always having to go crazy and playfight- they laze in the backyard together like a team. Even when they are playing they stop and relax together-it is like they fell in love with each other, it is music to our ears! You have some serious talent, Sue, and we are SO SUPER BLESSED to have found you - and grateful! Diane L Sheltie X & Husky/Shep X, Oakville |
My wife and I decided to recently adopt our newest family member, Bella. Like most adoptions, there are some "unknowns". Bella's was her inhibition and nervousness with other dogs. We were concerned about her ability to socialize with other dogs; something very important to us. Sue and her team at Kamp K-9 took the time to understand our situation and clearly used the right approach to ingratiate Bella to a world she now loves. She was once nervous and shy around other dogs, now she can't wait to get to Kamp K-9 to spend the day with her new, best friends. We are now so relieved knowing she's in a loving and safe environment when we're away at work. Thank you Sue and Kamp K-9 team, we are so grateful for the new world you've opened up for Bella. Sue and the crew over at Kamp K-9 are miracle workers!! I thought leaving Sosa there for 2 whole months was going to be hard on him but Sue and her crew made it his home away from home! I got videos, pics, and info about him regularly and I realized he was having more fun on his vacation than I was on mine!! Forget the guilt, book the trip and leave your furry family member at Kamp K-9. Thanks again Sue!! Omnia Sosa, Siberian Husky, Mississauga |
We love Kamp K-9!!! Everyone is so accommodating, and our large dog Griffin just loves going there. The staff are wonderful with him. We have used Kamp K-9 for day boarding, overnights/weekends, and even longer term stays of over a week - and Griffin always comes home healthy, happy, and tired out from all the play and love he receives. I would (and do) recommend Kamp K-9 to ALL of my dog-owner friends!! Stacey Griffin, Great Pyrenees/Shepherd Mix, Mississauga |
Our Cairn Terrier, Brodie recently stayed at Kamp K-9 for over a week. It was his first time in a boarding facility, and although he was completely exhausted when he came home, I know he was in the best place possible. When I took him back for a playday it was so great to see him so happy to greet the other dogs and be ready for a fun day. Thanks to Sue and all the staff, volunteers and other dogs for making his stay so very enjoyable. Cathi I. Brodie - Cairn Terrier, Mississauga |
We picked up our 4 very energetic huskies today after their 22 day stay while Jim had his knee replaced. They were looking beautiful after being groomed. And we could tell that they had lots of fun and a great stay at Kamp. So glad that we have you to rely on to care for our dogs when we need it. Thanks !! Jack has been going to day camp at Kamp K-9 almost since it opened. As so many other people have stated, Sue is wonderful with the dogs and it is such a great facility where they have room to run, both indoors and out. When we were going away on vacation, we didn't hesitate to send Jack for sleepover camp. While away I emailed Sue to check on Jack and this is her response. I think it exemplifies how well she knows the dogs and how much she cares:<br /> "Jack is great. He's being his usual silly self, bouncing around when we chase him, going under our legs from behind and coming out in front and sitting down looking for some loving. He's eating well and digesting his pills with his food no problem. Sleeping soundly and greeting me in the morning with his usual jump-up and dash for the door. We've been having lots of outdoor time because the weather's been cooler and shady from clouds. When it was hotter he was hogging one of the floor fans by laying right in front of it. Funny guy."<br /> I would not hesitate to recommend Kamp K-9 to any dog family. Vanessa, Steve, Charlene and Matt Jack, lab cross, Mississauga |

Kamp K-9 is devastatingly sad to advise that our facility will be closing very soon due to a new landlord and the pandemic. HOWEVER, we are hoping to find a new location to continue looking after your fur-babies. As such, and not wanting to “give up” (it’s not my style) we... Read more
